Three steps to a safer home

No pressure, no jargon. We assess, we plan, we handle the work — and you stay in the loop the whole way.

1

Book the assessment

A specialist visits the home and walks every room, scoring fall risk and accessibility — then explains exactly what we found, in plain language.

2

Get a clear plan

You receive a prioritized report with photos and three tiers of recommendations — urgent fixes first — plus guidance on what funding may cover the cost.

3

We handle the work

Our vetted, licensed installers complete the modifications. We manage the project end to end and check that every install is done right.

What we do · trusted by families and healthcare professionals

Clinically-informed modifications that prevent falls and protect independence

We work closely with occupational therapists, discharge planners, and home health agencies to ensure every recommendation is clinically sound and tailored to each client's specific mobility and safety needs.

Every assessment is clinically grounded — not guesswork.

Each home is assessed by a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS), and for complex cases the plan is validated by our occupational therapist partners before any work begins. It's the difference between a contractor installing hardware and a team designing for how a person actually moves through their home.

OT-validated plansReviewed with occupational therapists on complex cases

Bathroom safety

Designed in collaboration with occupational therapists to support safe transfers, sit-to-stand, and confident movement in the highest-risk room.

  • Grab bar installation
  • Walk-in showers & tub conversions
  • Anti-slip flooring
  • Comfort-height toilets

Mobility & access

Matched to each client's mobility profile — gait, assistive devices, and how they actually navigate the home — for dependable daily access.

  • Wheelchair ramps
  • Handrails, interior & exterior
  • Entryway improvements
  • Widened doorways

Fall prevention

Built on a CAPS hazard assessment, prioritizing the changes most likely to prevent a fall based on clinical risk — not a generic checklist.

  • Whole-home hazard audit
  • Stairlifts
  • Improved lighting
  • Trip-hazard removal

For healthcare professionals: refer your patients directly. We loop OT partners back into every project, so clinical continuity is maintained from discharge through completed modifications.
